It was another classic MXGP weekend at Loket!

On one of the hardest and most demanding tracks of the season, Scorpion MX Mid Soft tyres delivered from start to finish.

MXGP: Jeffrey Herlings dominated the weekend, taking both race wins and the overall GP victory, while Tom Vialle joined him on the podium in second.

MX2: Karlis Reisulis secured a strong third-place finish overall, earning a valuable podium for Pirelli.

“The world records set by the Garelli motorcycle - an astonishing 133 of them, were all broken over the course of two days at Monza, and can rightly be described as world records for Italian industry…

Garelli’s remarkable new achievement was made possible in no small part by many other Italian products. Among them were Pirelli tyres, which gave outstanding proof of their durability.”

So reads the Corriere della Sera sports column Echi di cronaca sportiva on 4 May 1926, recounting the triumph of the Garelli 350. Between April and May of that year, at the Monza Autodrome, the motorcycle claimed an extraordinary 138 world records.

A remarkable achievement that highlights Pirelli’s role, from the very beginning, in advancing motorcycle performance: a constant presence in the greatest challenges of speed and endurance, supporting and contributing to some of the most significant chapters in the history of two-wheeled world records.

British Superbike Championship Round 5 got off to a flying start when Kyle Ryde set the fastest ever BSB lap of Brands Hatch on Pirelli Diablo Superbike Slick tyres.

Kyle then continued his immaculate form to take the win in Race 1. Followed closely by Scott Redding and another fantastic podium for Max Cook on the bimota.

It was a Sunday to remember at Donington!

Nicolò Bulega bounced back with a stunning Superpole Race and Race 2 double, while the new Pirelli Diablo Superbike SCX supersoft rear tyre delivered outstanding consistency and pace.

Record-breaking lap times, races up to 24 seconds faster than last year, and championship celebrations for Ducati made it a landmark weekend for performance. 🏁
