Our friend Henry’s GP200 electronic is nearly finished. Running a cast iron 225 tuned by us!

GP200 Electronic coming back together after a strip down to near enough the bare frame. New cables routed correctly, headset rebuild, repairs to the stand strut and a new stand and splash plate, new tyres, reverse pull disc which has been set up correctly.

Next up we need to get the engine build completed. As usual, we found more than we thought after the discovery of a twisted crank and when it was pulled we found a lipped drive side seal and an incorrectly fitted drive bearing.

New crank on the way plus we have mildly tuned a genuine cast iron Innocenti GP200 barrel which has been bored to 225 to a suit a new 70mm thin-ring piston. We’ll finish it off by re-gearing it for slightly longer legs and the customer’s genuine original Ancilotti exhaust that we helped to source.

SOLD - We have this wonderful Golden Special for sale on behalf of a customer. It’s just been recommissioned with new tyres, new inner cables preserving the original outers plus a thorough service.

UK registered and ready to go, it can be bought as is or upgraded to customer specification.

We went to our first scooter rally in many a year a few weeks back - Big 7 at Ardingly in Sussex. Not many photos but it was good to be among friends with other very lovely period looking machines!

Finished off this gorgeous original paint Lambretta LI125 for our friend James. It’s had a complete casing swap and fresh RT195 engine with a 28mm PWK carb built into it.
