Recently entirely developed and produced by us HES Hall sensor kits for the different BMW K series bikes, 3 and 4 cylinders.

Modern, improved removable Hall sensors and wiring materials, including the very specific 5 pin connector plugs.

Full stainless steel construction for the base plate, wiring clamps and fasteners.

Designed to diagnose the BMW K100, K75, K1 & K1100 (83-96) ECU and ABS systems.

Correct 3 pin plug for a straight and easy connection plus DIN 12v plug to power the tool directly to the bike.

Stainless steel fittings, including hinges, locking spigot, cover hold trims, fasteners, etc.

Full A304 stainless steel construction including back plate, fasteners and wiring clamps

Modern high quality Hall sensor replacements, wired with EMI/high temperature resistant wiring and outer sleeving.

OEM 6 pin plugs for a direct and easy replacement.

These Hall sensors are notorious for failing, especially its wiring after over 20 years of service. A very useful kit to either repair or to keep it as a spare on the bike if a breakdown occurs.

FlatRacer Nardo 1/2 Sport seat

Recently built by us to fit a 1978 BMW R100 RS

Inspired by the original R100 RS 3/4 seat designed by Hans Muth but shorter, lower and sleeker.

Carefully hand built with a glossy jet black cowl, as per our customer request.

Jim Sylvester, a friend and a very regular customer of ours has kindly sent us some photos of his latest build.

A BMW Monolever, fully restored and rebuilt, mildly customized with our R90S fairing basic kit and Solitude tail, FR stainless steel rear mudguard, L564 tail light, FR Monolever Rear Sets, FR Europa tank cap, Daytona Long exhaust silencers, etc.

As usual with Jim's work, it is finished to a very high standard and unreproachable attention to details.

FlatRacer BMW R2v 36-27mm forks + swing arm spanner - 71111237857 or 1 237 857 - 36 x 27

Our newly designed and developed, all stainless steel spanner tool, designed to remove and tighten the 36mm steering top centre nut and fork top bolts (BMW /5, /6 & /7 Series).

It is also designed to allow the removal, adjusting and re-tightening of the 27mm swing arm pivot nuts.

Similar in design to the original BMW tool (1 237 857), often supplied with the factory tool roll/kit. Our tool is however slightly bigger and heavier to allow for a more ergonomic purchase and better torque.

Much sturdier and better finished than the original tool (6mm thick A304 stainless steel base plate), carefully TIG welded.

Our 36mm forks x 27mm swing arm pivot nuts spanner tool is corrosion proof and a very useful addition to a tool roll or workshop.

FlatRacer BMW R2v 36/27mm spanner

Recently developed by us, inspired by the original stamped steel spanner, usually part of the original tool kit fitted under the seat.

Intended for working on the 36mm fork and steering top bolts & nuts and for adjusting the swing arm pivots 27mm hex nuts.

Our version is much sturdier and slightly larger although it will still fit in most factory tool rolls. Made entirely of A304 stainless steel, with 6mm base plate and 2mm thick hex key.

Jim Sylvester BMW R80 Monolever

Jim, a long time friend and customer with many custom projects under his belt, has sent us some photos of his latest build, a BMW R80 Monolever, subtly modified.

Fully rebuilt to Jim's usual very high standards, it sports our FR Cafe Racer seat, stainless steel mudguard combo with a L564 tail light, FR BMW Monolever Rear Sets, Monza alloy fuel tank cap, etc, etc.

It is currently for sale, with a clear title from Ohio (OH), USA.
