We have expert instructors available for both manual and automatic lessons, so the choice really is yours! We have both male and female instructors, you are very welcome to request your preference. At JEDS Driving School we really try to fit in with your schedule. We are all busy people, so if it fits in with you, evening and weekend lessons are also available. THEORY TEST

DRIVING LESSONS AND SPECIALIST DRIVING INSTRUCTORS
All new drivers should have professional driving lessons and disabled learner drivers may want to look for instructors who have specialist knowledge of their needs. The usual minimum age for driving cars is 17, but if you receive the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance, you can drive at 16. At JEDS Driving School we have instructors who have taken a special course at QEF Mobility Centre Carshalton. Our experienced instructors can teach you more than how to drive, including:

how to get in and out of the car more easily
how to get your wheelchair in and out of the car (if applicable)
how to operate any adapted controls

FAST PASS COURSES
WHAT IS A FAST PASS COURSE? If you want to pass your test quickly, then the Fast Pass driving course eliminates the hourly/weekly lessons. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? We offer driving courses to suit all abilities and ages, and they range from 10 to 30 hours, and can be taken over a period of one to two weeks

HOW ARE YOUR COURSES STRUCTURED? We structure our Fast Pass driving courses to get the best performance together with rapid improvement from our pupils, however, there are no short cuts, all tuition is one to one, and the full "learning to drive" syllabus is followed. INSTRUCTOR TRAINING:

The Training Courses delivered by JEDS Driving School are a result of many years of hard work, experience, knowledge, dedication and commitment shown by our founding instructor and instructor trainers. This is to ensure that our school and all our trainees have the very best in driving instructor training in every aspect of the course. ON THE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE YOU WILL RECEIVE:
The study pack, all text books and Hazard Perception CD ROM and 5 sessions of classroom based study to complete the DVSA Part 1 exam. Up to 12 Hours of one-to-one training in preparation for the DVSA Part 2 exam.
40 Hours one-to-one in-car and classroom training in preparation for the DVSA Part 3 exam. Dedicated personal tutors available to provide extra guidance and support, from one of our ORDIT registered training officers.
