There's a severe shortage of motor vehicle workers in the UK, affecting businesses, customers and the economy.

We need motor industry Technicians, Painters and Panel Beaters on the Shortage Occupations List.

This would make it easier for employers to recruit qualified/skilled staff.

Today, the NBRA were honoured to attend the much-anticipated Talent Recharge 2022 Event at Red Bull Racing MK-7 venue, along with automotive and FE colleagues.

School of Thought Aka David Reece, accompanied by Reece Junior, Julie Eley, and other ambassadors, networked and discussed the current chronic shortage of Apprentices and Talent that is leaving the industry. How can an industry collaborate to such an extent that we resolve the impending Skills Shortage?

Autotech Group brought together a host of industry leaders and educators to discuss new opportunities and the challenges surrounding attracting, training and retaining automotive talent. When I spoke to Gavin White, he had the same concerns as above.

Today has certainly brought people companies together, but how can we make this cohesive, inclusive, and collaborative!

: , , , , , The , and , and also to the media for taking their time to attend, including Aftermarket, Garage Wire, Autotechnician, Motor Pro, Professional Motor Mechanic, and Global Recruiter magazines.
