WANTED - Qualified Valeter / Driver

Jacksons of Reading, Spencer’s Wood currently has a vacancy for an experienced vehicle Valeter / Driver to join our team. Salary is negotiable, in line with experience.

Person Specification:

Self-motivated and driven

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Experience in working as a Valeter in the motor trade is essential

enjoy working in a busy environment

Applicants must:
- have at least 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Valeter
- be able to follow set procedures
- Must hold a full, clean UK, Irish or EU driving licence
- be able to work independently
- represent the business in a professional manner
- provide high levels of customer service

You will be highly experienced in all types of Valeting , able to work on on a wide range of makes and models of cars. Have a good knowledge for valeting . Self-motivated, positive and approachable, you will be working as part of a team.

Jacksons of Reading currently has a vacancy for an experienced Motor Technician to join our team. Salary is negotiable, in line with experience.

Applicants must:

- have at least 3 years’ experience as a qualified motor technician

- have a relevant qualification (NVQ)

- have a good understanding of processes

- be able to follow set procedures

- have a full, valid UK driving license

- be able to work independently

- be able to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge

- have your own tools

- represent the business in a professional manner

- provide high levels of customer service

You will be highly experienced in all types of auto repair, able to work on gearboxes, engines, clutches, brakes etc on a wide range of makes and models of cars. A good knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is invaluable. Self-motivated, positive and approachable, you will be working as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
