Did you know the Mk1 Ford Consul was the first car that Ford released in the UK after WW2?? Me neither. This was the last generation of Consul before it became the Grenada & this particular 1972 example was in for a full service, breaks & a full health check up.

Classic cars aren’t known for their good fuel economy & it makes it worse when the breaks won’t disengage! This Silver Mk 2’s reaction valve was completely worn & as a result was like driving with a hand brake on. Nothing we couldn’t fix.

It's been just over a week since our last open day, what a result! Such a wide variety of car thanks to you.

It was lovely to see the faces and cars we'd never seen yet also have previous clients turn up for the show. We love seeing the cars we help put back & keep on the roads, it truly is special.

Our next open day is September the 14th! Save the date!!!
