DRS Kent Ltd, part of Dynes Motor Group, is looking for a Day Call Handler to join our busy Control Team in Dartford.

As a family-run business established for over 40 years, we are one of the UK's largest heavy and light vehicle recovery operators, providing exceptional customer service across London, Kent and Essex.

What you'll be doing:
📞 Answering customer calls promptly and professionally
🚗 Accurately recording vehicle breakdown information
🤝 Delivering outstanding customer service and support
📈 Contributing to continuous improvement within the Call Centre
👥 Working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Excellent telephone and communication skills
✔ The ability to remain calm under pressure

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate some brilliant achievements:

🏆 Harry, driver of our heavy recovery vehicle Lady Jane, took home:
• 3rd Place – Interior
• 3rd Place – Best Young Driver

🏆 Steve, who operates our accident unit Nora James, secured:
• 2nd Place – Best Rigid

A huge congratulations to both of them, well deserved recognition for their hard work and dedication 👏

We’d also like to say a big thank you to them, along with the rest of our team, for showcasing our fleet to such a high standard. The pride, care, and attention that goes into maintaining our trucks really shows.
