Finally got the Transporter looking and sounding the way it should. Out with the old, in with the new!

We’ve just fitted the Alpine Halo9 ILX-F905D with a 9" floating screen. The wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto makes navigation a breeze, and the DAB+ radio means no more signal dropouts on road trips. 📡🎶

To make it fit perfectly, we used the CTKVW50 fascia kit for a seamless OEM look, plus the Connects2 CT24UV28 pocket to give us extra storage for sunglasses or the phone.

But the best part? The safety gear:

Alpine KWE-CAM1D adapter to link the stereo to the van.

Pioneer VREC-150MD-EX – a 2-channel dash cam giving us full front & rear recording, plus reverse camera functionality.

It’s a clean build that makes driving this Transporter an absolute joy.

This time we chose the new model 6.8" Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto Stereo from Kenwood, the DMX6523DABS.

Combined with the InCarTec FK-981-CDR31 fitting kit makes the integration seamless - retains steering wheel controls and looks completely factory.
