Progress!

Hope you're having a good weekend folks. After an incredibly challenging few months for the Auto Motive team, we are pleased to announce that progress is being made to get our workshop in Langley Wharf operational once more.

Meetings have been arranged between all relevant parties to begin planning the remedial repairs which will see our premises open for business once more.

We'd like to thank every one of our valued customers who has reached out to us and continued to support our enterprise throughout what has been a very turbulent period for us. It has meant more than you will ever know!

Update.

We're pleased to announce that our new, temporary workshops are now fully operational and we're taking bookings. We are, of course, prioritising those Customers we were forced to cancel. So, if you had a booking, we'll be giving you a call to see if you still need our help. As planned, our office and Customer drop-off/collection point remains at unit 4 Langley Wharf. Update.

Our temporary workshops in Harthall Lane are coming on nicely and we expect to be up and running in a few days, as long as there are no major setbacks.

We're planning on keeping our reception open in Langley Wharf and Customers will continue to drop off and collect their cars as usual.

We will, of course, keep you all updated here and on our website.

In the meantime, we'd like to say a huge thank you for all the messages of support. It means the world to us.

To be clear, our move to Harthall lane is temporary, until our unit in Langley Wharf is repaired.

Update following the fire.

Auto Motive has now moved out of Unit 4 Langley Wharf. We're in the process of installing our ramps and equipment into our new facility at Unit 2, Kenwood Farm in Harthall Lane. We expect to be up and running by the end of next week but we're trying for sooner. You can contact us by email at [email protected] and in an emergency by phone on 01923 261222. ⚠️ IMPORTANT PLEASE READ ⚠️

We're sorry to report that Auto Motive has been forced to temporarily close.

Unfortunately, our building along with others in the vicinity has been adversely affected by the fire and have had to be evacuated until remedial work has been carried out. We are continuing to contact customers with bookings but would also ask that people don't try to visit us until further notice as the area has been isolated.

We will keep you updated on this page. Thank you all for your understanding at this very difficult time.

⚠️ UPDATE ⚠️

The fire has been extinguished and we've been allowed to access the unit.

We are pleased to report that no customers cars have been damaged. We're now waiting for the fire brigade structural engineers to determine if the building is safe for us to continue to operate in. We will keep you posted.

We would also like to express our gratitude to everyone who has been in touch to check in on us and wish the team well. It is genuinely appreciated and serves as yet another reminder that we have the best customers! Thank you.
