Just spoke with my estate agent. The big move for Scooter Surgery to Brimington Chesterfield. Looks like it will be good for the 9th Oct. Still got to be confirmed with the solicitors. But looking good.

GrandTurismo engine now starting to come together.
Cleaning the old gaskets off the casing was a pain think they where super glued on this one.

Just getting over the op. Now looks like my move date is going to be the 9th Oct. So now trying to sort packing house.
Can’t wait to get back to normal been a mad year with one thing and another.

Still taking it easy after op but getting a lot better. Managed to sort out a customers TV fitted with a Casa 185.
Biggest part of the job was changing the gear selector.
The original build was good they had fitted all new bearings in gear box and end plate but left the old sliding dog. Have no idea why as you where there.
Main problem with it running was the carb. 22mm copy carb look right but a lot I see just don’t work only good for the bin.
22mm jetex on worked straight away.

Connected up the Teleflex cable. A job I could sort sitting.
Spent some time getting the spring strength right.
Now it’s feeling clean on the gear change and solid.unlike before when it would roll out of gear at the drop of a hat.
