Jerry made his choice… but here’s what actually matters when choosing an engine oil. 👀🛢️
FUCHS TITAN GT1 FLEX C23 SAE 5W-30 is a premium-performance engine oil designed for modern passenger cars, including applications with petrol, diesel, gas and hybrid powertrains.
It carries the following performance specifications: ACEA C3, C2 and API SQ.
It also has manufacturer approvals including BMW Longlife-04, MB-Approval 229.51, MB-Approval 229.52, OPEL OV0401547-D30 and OPEL OV0401547-G30.
FUCHS also recommends it for applications requiring specifications such as Chrysler MS-11106, Fiat 9.55535-S1 / -S3, GM-LL-A-025, GM-LL-B-025, Iveco 18-1811 Classe SC1, MB 229.31 and VW 505 00 / 505 01.
And this is exactly why choosing engine oil should never come down to viscosity alone. Two oils can both say 5W-30 on the bottle but still have very different approvals, specifications and intended applications.
