🌍 Remote Scania SOPS Update Completed in Australia 🇦🇺

Another successful remote job carried out this week on a Scania tractor unit in Australia.

The customer converted the truck from a tag axle configuration to a 2-axle setup, so we performed a full SOPS edit and update to correctly configure the vehicle.

We also offer other SOPS updates:

🔵 Tag axle removal
🔵 Equaliser2 updates
🔵 PTO configuration
🔵 FLC modifications
🔵 DIS modification
And other mods.

All work completed remotely with the truck back operating correctly with its new setup, thanks to my mate Elmo Ronk a Scania wizard for working on this project too.

💡SOPS programming is important, when hardware changes, the software must match to avoid faults, warnings, or drivability issues.

Another Scania P410 work horse getting some TLC 😎

This one received a Stage 1 ECO tune, with the gearbox torque optimised to allow better torque transfer in the gears that actually matter on the road.

The result is a truck that pulls cleaner, changes gear smoother, and works less hard under load.

Scania P410 Full Emission Off, Stage 1 & inspection report did before exported to 🇹🇿

Another Scania P410 tuned and ready for work 💪🚛

These P-series workhorses really open up with a bit more power.

This one received our Stage 1 Eco remap along with AdBlue reduction for smoother pulling and better efficiency.

All maps are custom-built, tested and proven, we’ve done loads of these P410s and they always respond well.

Another one sorted in Bristol 🚀
Volvo FH440 for a Stage 1 Eco Remap and AdBlue reduction.

We took it from 440 bhp → 505 bhp
and torque from 2200 Nm → 2530 Nm.

Stronger mid-range pull, smoother gear changes and more efficient driving, exactly what these FH engines respond best to.

Another Scania R410 tuned - Stage 1 Eco remap completed.

💡A lot of people don’t realise this…

The R410 and R450 are basically identical in terms of hardware, clutch, transmission and injection.

All it is, is just a different engine software.

⚙️ Scania High & Low Gearbox Fault Sorted

Owner was stressed, needed the truck back on the road for the morning.
We got to site at 7pm, carried out diagnostics and quickly traced the issue to a faulty solenoid...

Replaced on the spot and the truck was back working as it should.

Another hard-working Scania P410 getting some TLC: Stage 1 Eco Remap with AdBlue reduction ✅

One of the main things drivers love about these remaps is having to change gears less when climbing hills. That’s where the real fuel efficiency comes in; fewer gear changes mean fewer revs, and fewer revs mean less fuel burned.
