Quick clean and chain adjustment on this Yamaha YZF125R. We also as always checked over the bike for free and made sure the customer was helped with ongoing care for the bike they could do themselves 🤙

BMW 320i in for a full service, lambda sensor and crankshaft speed sensor.
First pic you see is of the mystery oil leak, we cleaned up the engine and then ran it for a couple of mins didn’t take long to find the culprit, which you can see. The rubber O-ring had worn out in the oil filter but it didn’t matter because it was going to be replaced during the service anyway.
We had an engine light on and plugged in the diagnostics to find ourselves with a lambda sensor code and crankshaft speed sensor. So after dismantling half the engine bay as you can see we replaced the sensor and the Lambda sensor which is in the exhaust system.
We also noticed during the service that there was a leak coming from the power steering pump so we advised the customer because it was causing heavy steering aswel. They chose to get the work carried out at a later date one more happy customer. 🤙

We have some unfortunate news.
This Nissan pathfinder was sourced and fixed up by us here at buckshee. A lot of effort went into this vehicle and prepping it to go to Ukraine to help fight the Russian invaders.
During the fighting this week the pathfinder hit a mine and was destroyed.
The soldiers have survived however are in a critical condition in hospital in Kyiv.
We will update you on the condition of those men as we receive the information.

Just because it’s been done at a dealership doesn’t mean it’s good value for money. Go to a decent garage where they have experience not a computer to guide them. Be careful out there. 🤙
