We recently transformed these Lexus wheels from factory silver to gloss black with a diamond cut lip as well as giving them a complete refurbishment!

The customer was having issues with air escaping from the wheel edge, we quickly discovered the issue was down to corrosion on the surface of the aluminium so carried out acid dipping and sandblasting to completely remove all the old paint and any signs of corrosion.

We then dealt with all the prep work to get the wheels like new such as: welding deep curb damage, sanding down, straightening bent wheels and much more. Finally, these wheels were powder coated in black as per the customers request, diamond cut, re-lacquered with powder coat then finally, the tyres were re-fitted and professionally balanced!

These 23 inch Range Rover Overfinch alloy wheels were fully refurbished back to original finish.
This Range Rover was also fully detailed and the wheels completely stripped back to Aluminium and then refurbished from scratch. We detailed the cars paintwork and refurbished the alloys to give the whole vehicle some extra sparkle even though this Range already had its own special sauce- lol. don repairs

BMW 3 series alloy wheel with a corrosion problem. Causing an air leak on the bead line. Best process would be to fully refurbish the wheel which would also eliminate that problem but the customer doesn’t want to cosmetically do anything to the wheel as that would also cost slightly more. So we are going to sandblast the corrosion on the inside edges of the wheel and then repaint the inside bead line.

This is a Mercedes G63 AMG - G wagon.  came in to have the wheels refurbished back to a mirror polished finish as they had some minor damage around the edge of the wheel. Also had the front bumper resprayed. Customer was so happy with the results that he is bringing his wife’s new Range Rover Sport in next week for a full paintwork detail , ceramic coat and alloy wheel package.
