Vauxhall locking wheel bolt. Highly damaged before we arrived with the centre snapped off; and then partly drilled. Removed for the customer in under 5 minutes with no further damage to the rim or the locking wheel bolt itself using our in-house custom tooling!

Common problem on the BMW/MINI wheel bolts is them rounding off when over tightened. This is caused by their design with burred edges and the shallow centre making them very easy to “fold in” on themselves. We remove these in seconds with no damage to the alloys.

Damaged Citroen locking wheel bolt. Destroyed to the point it was unrecognisable. Apparently the company before us spent “hours” trying to get it off. We had it out in under 5 minutes and with no further damage to the alloy.

Very common occurrence on the Citroen/Peugeot/Vauxhall locking wheel bolts. Top head snaps off in the key leaving nothing but a “stump” in the centre. We can remove these in around 20 seconds flat. Please note: these locking wheel bolts have been superseded by a more robust version that no longer suffers with this design flaw.

Someone thought they were handy, not knowing the nuts on these are light weight aluminium. Shredded it till there was virtually nothing left. No issue for us. Off in under 2 minutes with no damage as always.
