We have spent some time on dyno with the cams on our n52b30 z4 and for a start 271whp doesn’t seem to bad… there is a lot more tuning to do still specially on the torque department with vvt but these are starting to show some decent numbers

E36 6cyl rubber elbow normally crack and some people upgrade with silicone ones. We have done enough dyno testing on various different engines where we always seen silicone performing worse then a hardpipe so we decided to make an elbow for this e36. We will be testing it soon and will share results. Elbow will be a slide fit with an o ring seal around tb body.

Another n52 done
This one came in with gravity headers, bmw performance exhaust, bmw performance airbox and with our roller rockers installed (equivalent to our cam) had already a tune by someone else and made 277bhp (225whp)
After 1/2 tank of fuel on dyno we achieved 310bhp(260whp) and the highest torque we ever seen on n54 intake manifold 348nm (257lbft) we also done a 90mm maf conversion and big airbox.

This is a track focused build
A mix of our components and tune making for staggering performance once again. This makes same power as our Z4 race car currently makes but that is due to change soon..

The 125i is now complete and gone from 187whp to a respectable 240whp torque curve is also smoother and for stock exhaust headers its genuinely a decent power curve. As per usual with n54 intake torque isn’t all that impressive but still ok

this one also required fabrication of a custom elbow to fit the n54 intake cleanly

We have received this 125i for some work
Its also coming in for our stage 2 but costumer chose to use n54 intake. Still on stock exhaust headers but what power will it make??
