Location: Uppercleuch Farm, Lockerbie, Dumfries & Galloway. We are a working sheep and cattle farm just outside Lockerbie. Sat Nav: Uppercleuch, DG11 2SH (GoogleMaps brings you straight to us)


Parking

Our Car Park is within the Farm - it will be clearly signposted. Mobility Issues

Disabled visitors and those with mobility issues are welcome at our Pumpkin Patch. Please contact us in advance so we can try to accommodate your needs. Opening Times

10th - 30th October 2022. Please keep an eye out for times. The ticket you purchase will be your chosen time. Each Session will be 2 hours, and a horn will sound to mark the end of the session. Please ensure you arrive promptly to make the most of your time here, as we cannot carry over the time as we need time to clear the car park before our next session. Ticket

You must have a car parking ticket to visit The Patch @ Uppercleuch. The Price of your ticket can be redeemed against 1 pumpkin. Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the session commencing. Price

Each car is £10, this includes the picking of one pumpkin. Any additional pumpkins you wish to pick are £5
We have a variety of pumpkins from big to small and white to orange. To keep things simple, we are making them all £5 Clothing

Please wear suitable footwear - Wellies are recommended as The Patch and Car Park may get muddy. The Patch is an all-weather event and will go ahead regardless of the weather so please dress appropriately. Remember those waterproofs on a wet day, so you remain dry and warm, so your fun is not ruined. Toilets

There will be portaloos on site along with suitable baby changing. Food & Drink

You are welcome to bring your own picnic should you wish to. All we ask is that you take away any rubbish. We will have some seating available to use. We are in talks with some vendors to see if some food trucks would like to attend also.. will keep you updated. What to expect at The Patch:

Our pumpkin patch is full of pre-cut pumpkins as well as some still-on vines. You can pick from our selection of pre-cut pumpkins. As pumpkins need to ripen, they have been pre-cut to ripen and harden, ready for you to pick. We also have some farm yard games out on a field area, along with some games and activities inside. ONE WEEK TO GO! 🎃🥹

It’s officially all hands on deck at Uppercleuch!

The pumpkins are starting to come in from the field (including some absolute MONSTERS 😂), signs are going up, Pumpkin Alley is taking shape and we’re slowly turning the farm into The Patch again 🧡

There is SO much work that goes on behind the scenes to get everything ready, but seeing it all starting to come together is the best feeling.

And you lot have absolutely blown us away already…

It’s hard to believe that in just a few weeks this field will look completely different!

We’re opening The Patch a little early on Sunday 11th October for a special, smaller-number day before our main opening weekend. 🧡

We’ll be keeping numbers lower than our usual sessions, so it’s a lovely opportunity to come along for a quieter visit to The Patch — pick your pumpkin, enjoy the play barn, straw pit and activities, and have a wander around the farm. 🚜🎃

You do NOT need to book a photoshoot to visit!

🎃 Patch entry – £18 per car
Up to 7 people • 1 pumpkin included - additional ones can be added at £7 per pumpkin.

📸 OR add a professional mini photoshoot with Milk & Cuddles Photography – £118 total
£100 photography session + £18 Patch entry
Includes a 30-minute shoot amongst the pumpkins and 10 digital images.

The photography sessions are booked directly through Milk & Cuddles Photography, who will then give you the details to book your Patch entry.

Someone’s been testing out our new photo opportunities… 👻🎃😂

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting The Patch ready for October and these are two of our new additions for 2026! 🧡

We absolutely LOVE them and judging by our little tester, we think they might be a hit 😂

There’s lots more going on behind the scenes too — walkways are being mowed, pumpkins are growing and we’re slowly getting everything ready to welcome you all back to the farm. 🎃🚜

A little look back at some of the fun at The Patch 🧡

Come and pick your pumpkin straight from the field, then stay and play — with our straw pit, ride-on tractors, nerf wares, games, activities and plenty of autumn photo opportunities along the way. 🍂

We know Scottish October weather can be… questionable 😂☔️ which is why lots of our activities are undercover too.

And of course, there’s somewhere to warm up with a coffee and cake. ☕️🍰

We’re busy behind the scenes getting everything ready for The Patch 2026, with a few new additions coming this year too 👀🎃

The response to tickets has been incredible already — two sessions on our final Sunday are now SOLD OUT. 🥹🧡
