This Kia Sportage was fully repaired free of charge for our customer. Our customer decided to have her car repaired via insurance and appointed ProTouch as her chosen repairer. We placed her in our new courtesy car for a few days while her car was repaired and painted. Upon completion her insurance excess was covered by ProTouch making this repair free of charge on collection of the vehicle. With no excess to pay this covers our customers premium next year. A good client of mine requested some repair and paintwork on his Flight Design CTSW Plane. The wheel covers required fibreglass repairs to the inside and the gel coat surface. A light weight filler was used to smooth the surface prior to primer and paint. These covers were painted using the factory paint code. He was super happy with the work he sent over some great action shots.

TESLA MODEL 3 INSURANCE REPAIR

After a road traffic accident in Edinburgh this Tesla model 3 was brought to ProTouch for repair. The Tesla was estimated using insurance approved software. Brand new Tesla parts painted three stage pearl red to match the rest of the vehicle. LED headlight and fog light were also calibrated to the Tesla. During the repair our client was notified with updates of the repair progress. This repair was complete in just two days for our client.

Volkswagen Up recently repaired for our client after being involved in an accident in Edinburgh with a third party. The Volkswagen Up was brought to the workshop for inspection. Written and photographic estimate was given to the insurance. Vehicle was authorised for repair within 48hours and new parts ordered directly from Volkswagen. This repair was completed in two days for our client.

Ferrari California leaving ProTouch today. Looking back to when I first started to now. Makes me feel blessed to be trusted to work on this Ferrari. My workshop is not in the best of places but I always try and go above and beyond for all my customers. Customer dropped off the Ferrari this morning and was returned back to client at the end of the day.

Porsche Boxster Spyder 987 dropped off at ProTouch to receive a repair to the front bonnet and nearside wing. The customer called after a slate fell from his house and damaged the bonnet and wing. While inspecting the vehicle the customer was explained there are two repair processes to repair his car correctly. The bonnet being aluminium and the front wing mild steel. Once the repairs had been carried out the bonnet and wing were re-sprayed and the car returned back to the client the following day.
