Hi. A quick update for all my drivers due to the current high covid rates:
I’m now taking a lateral flow test every day to try and keep everyone safe, especially as we have so many driving tests coming up and it would be devastating to have to self-isolate.
I’d be really grateful if you could take a lateral flow test on the morning of our lessons too.

Hello everyone,

Although there are no current legal measures required for driving lessons in Wales, I have looked in detail at the current government guidance for public transport and taxis, car sharing and working in vehicles, as well as guidance from our instructor trade associations.

I have a duty to take reasonable measures to keep my clients and me safe, which includes wearing face coverings (a legal requirement on public transport here), ventilation by keeping windows open for the entire journey wherever possible, and regularly sanitising hands and all touch points in the car.

Making sure we are all safe is my priority, so I will continue to take these measures for the foreseeable future.
