🚗 Is your MOT still valid? That doesn’t always mean your car is safe to drive.

Even with a current MOT, your vehicle can still become unroadworthy and dangerous over time. Driving an unsafe vehicle is illegal so it’s important to regularly check:

🔘 Tyres: Minimum legal tread depth is 1.6mm. Look out for cuts, bulges or exposed wires
💡 Lights: Make sure they’re all working properly
🧽 Wipers: They should clear water effectively from your windscreen
🛑 Brakes: If your pedal feels spongy or slack, get it checked as soon as possible

It’s your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is safe before you drive it and if you’re unsure, we’re always happy to take a look for you.
