🚗🔧 2016 Mercedes E63 in the workshop!

The customer brought their vehicle to us with an air suspension fault. The offside rear (OSR) suspension was dropping, causing the wheel to rub against the inside of the wheel arch.

Our technicians carried out a thorough inspection of the air suspension system and associated pipework.

🔍 Diagnosis:
❌ Pin-hole leak found in the air line running from the valve block to the OSR air spring
❌ Loss of air pressure causing the rear suspension to drop

To rectify the issue, we fitted:

✅ Genuine Mercedes-Benz air suspension pipe
✅ Genuine Mercedes-Benz fittings

Following installation, the system was thoroughly tested to ensure there were no leaks and that the air suspension was operating correctly.

✔️ Air suspension functioning as it should
✔️ Ride height restored
✔️ Vehicle tested and ready for collection

🚐⚡ 2017 Vauxhall Vivaro in the workshop!

The customer brought their vehicle to us after receiving an alarming warning message on the dashboard:

⚠️ “Electrical Malfunction – Stop Vehicle Now!”

Our technicians carried out a full battery and alternator test to diagnose the fault.

🔍 Results:
❌ Alternator test failed
❌ Warning message reappeared during the fast idle test
❌ Alternator was only charging at 12 volts, well below the required charging voltage

To resolve the issue, we fitted:

✅ New alternator
✅ New auxiliary belt

Following repairs, the charging system was retested and is now operating correctly.

🚐 Back on the road and ready for work!

🚗🔧 2011 Volvo C30 in the workshop today!

The customer came to us with a knocking noise from the rear of the vehicle and reported that it felt unstable when cornering.

After carrying out our inspection, we found the offside rear (OSR) shock absorber top mount had failed, causing the noise and affecting the vehicle’s handling.

The customer has requested both rear top mounts to be replaced to ensure the suspension is operating correctly and safely.

✅ Fault diagnosed
✅ Parts ordered

This Discovery Sport arrived with a failed turbocharger, resulting in a loss of performance and requiring a comprehensive repair to restore reliability and efficiency.

🔧 Work carried out:

✅ New turbocharger fitted
✅ Oil feed & return pipes replaced
✅ Intake system removed and professionally cleaned
✅ Intercooler removed and cleaned
✅ Fresh engine oil and filter fitted
✅ Turbo parameters/adaptations reset
✅ Extensive testing and road test completed

After completing all repairs and checks, the vehicle is now running perfectly with boost pressure and performance fully restored. 👍
