NAS Recruitment are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers required for a tyre recovery position based in Dunbar.
This role involves the collection of used and waste tyres throughout Scotland. This is a Day Shift position, Monday to Friday, typically starting around 06:00 each day. Occasional overnights might also be required. This is an ongoing position and will lead to permanent employment for the suitable candidate.
Suitable candidates should have:
· A full UK driving licence (with a maximum of 6 penalty points)
· A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
· Good communication skills and a flexible attitude towards work.
Rates of pay start at £15.23 p/h (£20.25 for overtime after 48 hours and weekends).
Upon becoming permanent the role is salaried at £38,000+ basic. Previous experience is desired but not essential.

Huge congratulations to Batanayi on passing his Class 1 (C+E) test in Livingston this morning! 🚛✨ After working a full night shift, he still turned up in the dark at 06:30 and absolutely smashed it. That level of dedication says it all. This was a truly well-deserved pass — his determination and hunger for that licence were incredible.
