Chequered flag here at Donington Park and what a thriller! Nip and tuck at the front of the field throughout the race with Iker Lecuona sealing his first ever Championship win from Ducati team-mate Nicolo Bulega.

Middle of the pack for the Pata Maxus Yamaha boys with Xavi Vierge relinquishing his 5th place on the grid to finish 10th with Loka battling hard for 13th.

Race fans are streaming out now, but we’re back tomorrow for RACE 2 of the FIM Superbike World Championship at Donington Park.

Not a cloud in the sky here at Donington. The mercury’s rising and things are heating up on the track, too. Not long to go now until RACE 1 in Round 8 of the FIM Superbike World Championship, where we’re supporting the Pata MAXUS Yamaha team.
There are huge crowds here and a brilliant atmosphere around the paddock, in the stands and right around this famous motor racing circuit.
MAXUS customers from the UK and Ireland have been treated to a pit-box tour, meeting up with Team Principal, Paul Denning, and a special signing session with team riders Andrea Locatelli and Xavi Vierge. The lads are heading off for final preparations before it’s ‘lights out’ for today’s main race!

Not a cloud in the sky here at Donington. The mercury’s rising and things are heating up on the track, too. Not long to go now until RACE 1 in Round 8 of the FIM Superbike World Championship, where we’re supporting the Pata Maxus Yamaha team.

We’re off racing again this weekend – at Donington Park for Round 8 of the FIM Superbike World Championship where we’re getting right behind LocatelliAndrea55 and Xavi Vierge Zafra in the Pata Maxus Yamaha team. The sun’s just coming out and it’s going to be another hot one.

We’re especially pleased to welcome nearly 40 MAXUS customers from across the UK & Ireland who will be given the VIP treatment over the weekend. We’ll bring you updates on what they’ve been up to.

Today’s schedule includes the TISSOT SUPERPOLE race to decide grid positions ahead of the main 23-lap RACE 1 this afternoon. One of the pics shows the podium being assembled – let’s hope ‘Loka’ and Xavi are on it today!

With more than 35 years in the automotive industry, Graham brings a huge amount of experience, insight and energy to the role. Throughout his career, he's built a strong reputation for developing lasting customer relationships, supporting dealer partners and growing successful fleet operations.

All over here at Motorland in Aragon and the FIM Superbike World Championship, and a frustrating weekend for the Pata Maxus Yamaha Team.

For the third time over the weekend, we saw one of the riders hit the deck; this time Xavi Vierge with what looked like a nasty spill. Happily, he was quickly on his feet and soon back in the pits. Andrea Locatelli finished the race down in 13th.

A final big thank you once again to the fantastic Pata MAXUS Yamaha team. Our all-access weekend was brilliant and we’re looking forward to the next round in Italy, before the bandwagon rolls into the UK at Donington in July. We’ll definitely be there for that one!

Day two in Aragon for the FIM Superbike World Championship, and we’re here again supporting the Pata MAXUS Yamaha Team.
Terrible luck again for Andrea Locatelli who was taken out by a rival in the morning’s Superpole race, seeing him, and his bike, cartwheel into the gravel.

Thankfully he’s OK save for a broken finger - he’s still going to race this afternoon, by the way!
Xavi Vierge will start tenth on the grid tn the main race. Huge thanks to everyone in the team who are delivering a fantastic race-day experience again - including a hot-lap in the all-electric Subaru Safety Car! Fingers crossed that the Pata MAXUS Yamaha boys can finish the weekend on a high.
