North West Trucks Our five sites situated in the north west of England offer new & used DAF trucks, parts and servicing

With a history dating back to 1899, North West Trucks is one of the oldest DAF Dealers in the UK and has four dealerships strategically located across the North West of England:

North West Trucks Ellesmere Port
Woodwards Truck and Van Centre in Wigan (providing truck parts and servicing for DAF and Renault trucks, as well as parts for all-makes of trucks and vans)

🚧 Customer Notice – Huyton Parts Hub

From Monday 20 July until the end of September 2026, access to our Huyton Parts Hub will be affected due to the Wilson Road/Stretton Way Junction Upgrade.

Our Parts Hub will remain open as usual; however, customers will need to follow the signed diversion via Link Road when visiting us.

Please allow a little extra time for your journey while these essential roadworks are taking place.

🚛✨ Throwback to Truckfest Northwest 2026! ✨🚛

What a fantastic weekend it was! Even the rainy weather couldn’t dampen the atmosphere. ☔🙌

We had a brilliant time meeting customers, catching up with familiar faces and making plenty of new connections throughout the weekend.

We were also proud to showcase some of the career opportunities available within our team, chatting to visitors about what it’s like to build a career in the road transport industry. 👷‍♂️🚛

And, of course, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to have the stunning DAF XG+ 530 Emerald Edition on display and available for sale. 💚🔥

We were also delighted to be joined by some very special guests — the Gladiators! 💪🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, braved the weather and helped make Truckfest Northwest such a memorable weekend.

🚛 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE NORTH WEST TRUCKS OPEN DAY! 🚛

What a fantastic day we had at St Helens R.F.C.! A huge thank you to everyone who came along, from our customers and partners to industry friends and visitors. It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces and have the opportunity to showcase what North West Trucks has to offer.

We had a fantastic line-up of talks throughout the day:

🎤 Simon Davies-Rice, Fleet Director, kicked things off with a welcome and introduction to North West Trucks, giving an insight into who we are and what we do.

📡 Louis Jones, DAF Marketing & Buisness Intelligence Director, gave an overview of PACCAR Connect and Over-the-Air (OTA) technology, exploring how connected technology is changing the way trucks are managed and operated.

⚡ Lee Caton, Truck Group Sales Engineer * EV/Sustainability Lead, explored EV technology and data analysis using telematics, looking at how data can support the transition to electric vehicles.

🚛 Ed Miles, DAF Product Marketing Manager, provided a comparison of our offering against key competitors, supported by the vehicles we had on display throughout the event.

A huge thank you to all of our customers who had stands there with us - Your continued support means a lot to us.

And finally, a massive thank you to the North West Trucks team for all the hard work that went into making the day happen. 👏

It was a great opportunity to connect, share knowledge, showcase our products and services, and spend time with the people who make our industry what it is.
