Updated terms and conditions-
1. All parts prices must be paid upfront we will not order parts without payment, it wastes alot of time and money when people cancel at last minute or decide theyve changed there minds.
2. Labour costs are to paid prior to return/pick up via bank transfer so we can check payment or on return/pickup if paying cash. For larger jobs which require use of our ramp we may request 50% deposit and remaining on completion. If you fail to turn up or dont give notice of cancellation this deposit will be non refundable.
3. Please give 24hrs notice of cancellations were extremely busy and could fill your space with someone whos waiting.
4. If you wish us to fit a second hand part to your vechicle this must be purchased by you we have warrantys on new parts and insurance to cover if something was to go wrong we can not offer this with second hand parts.
5.we do our best to be available 24/7 for emergencys and will continue this for recovery work however for routine maintance we operate a booking system and work mon-friday only. Whilst we appreciate all of our customers working 7 days a week, some nights finishing early hours in the morning is just not feasable long term we dont like to let anyone down but we need to offer pre booked appointments (exception of breakdowns)
