A few of the motors that have been through the workshop lately 🔧🚗

✔️ Volkswagen Tiguan – front brake pads replaced
✔️ VW Golf – ignition barrel & oil cooler housing replaced
✔️ VW Tiguan – MOT repairs & full service
✔️ Ford Kuga – full service
✔️ Audi Q7 – new air suspension compressor fitted
✔️ Hyundai Santa Fe – new rear wheel bearing fitted

Just a heads up, I’ll be closed for holidays from the week beginning 17th August. The diary is filling up, bookings are available from the 1st of September onwards, so if your car needs a service, repairs, MOT work or anything else, send me a message and I’ll get you booked in.

Vw golf in for a leaking water pump so this car received a new timing belt kit and water pump ✅

Toyota Corolla for mot and a service and a new timing belt kit fitted ✅

Peugeot 2008 for the 1.5 camshaft housing upgrade ✅

Another busy week in a very warm workshop! 😅☀️

A few of this weeks jobs was:

✅ VW Scirocco – Recovered due to clutch issues
✅ Audi Q7 – Full BG service
✅ Volkswagen Caddy – Full service
✅ VW Transporter – Full BG service and gearbox service
✅ Audi Q3 – Timing belt kit and full service
✅ Audi A5 – Full service, front and rear brake pads replaced, plus ABS sensor diagnosed and repaired
✅bmw x5 for a rear suspension air bag
✅ Skoda Octavia – New rocker cover fitted

✅ Volkswagen Tiguan in for a BG engine service.
✅ Peugeot 3008 diagnosed after arriving in limp mode – found to require a replacement injector.
✅ Volvo in for a full service and MOT pre-check
✅ Citroën diagnosed with a misfire, traced to a faulty coil pack.
✅ Another Volvo in for MOT work.

Citroen berlingo that came in for a full
Service,timing belt and water pump replacement and the well-known 1.5 camshaft housing upgrade

Thankfully, this engine hadn’t suffered a camshaft failure, but the customer chose to carry out preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of future problems,a good decision that can help avoid a much more costly repair.

The van also had an abs fault which was diagnosed and traced to a corroded wire. After repairing the wiring, everything was back working as it should✅
