What you’ll be doing:
• General office administration and support including correspondence (emails, post).
• Assisting with company accounts and record-keeping.
• Processing and managing expenses, including perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Basic accounts knowledge or eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What we offer:
• 20 days annual leave plus 8 statutory bank holidays.

🚚 Update to Tachograph Regulations!🚛

We know that keeping up with tachograph regulations is crucial for your business, so here are some key dates to mark in your calendars:

📅21 August 2023 - All newly registered vehicles travelling nationally and/or internationally must be fitted with a Smart 2 tachograph.
📅 23 December 2024 - All registered vehicles currently fitted with Analogue or Digital tachographs that are travelling internationally must be fitted with a Smart 2 tachograph.
📅 21 August 2025 - All registered vehicles currently fitted with Smart 1 tachographs that are travelling internationally must be fitted with a Smart 2 tachograph.
📅 1 July 2026 - All registered vehicles above 2.5 tons travelling internationally must be fitted with a Smart 2 tachograph.

Make sure to stay compliant and keep your fleet up to date. 🚚
