Johnston Gilpin & Co was established in 1968 to distribute the range of John Deere Agricultural, C&CE and Domestic machinery within Northern Ireland. In the last 44 years the two depots in Omagh and Coleraine were sold to their managers and the main Lisburn Depot was kept to service Co. Down, Co.Armagh and part of Co.Antrim for the Agricultural sector, the whole of Northern Ireland and Donegal for

the Professional (C&CE) sector and Counties Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone and part of Antrim for the Domestic sector. With 26 staff and a turnover in excess of £8 million, the now family run business is continuously expanding, with new properties (Ground Control), new buildings and new products, and our NEW online John Deere Store. We have a range of new and used ag, groundscare and snow/ice equipment from John Deere, CAT, Twose, Bema, SnowEx, Hustler, Trimax, Campey Turfcare, Wessex, Grillo, The Boss snowploughs.

Another DeLaval V300 robot is now up and running in Ballygowan, Co. Down!

Our technicians have been hard at work over the past few weeks installing this single V300 robot into an existing building, giving this farm a modern milking solution without the need for a new shed.

This installation features a Milk First Guided Traffic System, helping to make the most of the cow’s natural movement through the shed.

🔹 Helps maximise robot visits and milking frequency
