Was booked in for a full engine bay service
Also MOT
Unfortunately, the vehicle failed on excess movement on the offside front we found that the wheel bearing had way too much movement
And also front brake pad replacement with pad sensor
Also updated the online service history

Was booked in for both front swivel replacements
Using a full overall kit

As you can see by one of the pictures someone has been in there before and not use the proper 52 mil socket and thought it’d be better to use a hammer and chisel to tighten up the main bearing nut that holds the hub onto the main shaft

Anyway, we sorted that little problem out 

And as a goodwill gesture, we noticed that the driver’s window was not working on the electric side. We quickly investigated and found that the wives were broken. We replaced this for the young lady so she has an operating window. Free of charge.

She was very pleased when she picked a vehicle up to find out that we did that for her

As this beautiful Jaguar F type is part of the JLR group
One of our customers asked if we could service it interim service
Also, it was due new auxiliary belt and also new supercharger belt, including pulley and tensioners

Also followed up by updating the online service history to keep the vehicle up-to-date

Been a fantastic project and story this one from collecting it from a estate Land Rover Defender 90 Td5 truck cab have been parked up on the estate for five years the customer wanted a honest report we were managed to get this vehicle back up to scratch and roadworthy again
Complete new suspension with galvanised top turrets springs and shocks
Various new bushings
Pair of New front swivels
Steering dampener and joints
New tires all round the correct size
Full new LED light conversion just to make her look a little bit more modern
New front bumper
Full service
Full driveline service, including greasing up prop shaft
New battery
Fully wax oiled underside and the bumper as well to stop any rust happening over the winter months
Just awaiting a MOT slot to get 12 months MOT

And then we can proceed with customer handover
From the brink of sitting in the woods to in our workshop having some serious love ready to fight another day
