Had a customer bring his truck to us for MOT. He stated that it is slow building the air up and the park brake doesn't want to release or is slow releasing. We have come across this problem a few times and it is very common on a DAF Truck. The air drier is at fault with the multi point protection valve playing up. New parts fitted and the truck is back how it should be working. Another happy customer:) A service and a bit of maintenance goes a long way. I don't think this filter has been changed for a while!

Are you looking for a job? We are hiring have you got what it takes to join the team? We are looking for someone who is keen and doesn't mind getting dirty! There's steam cleaning to be done. The ideal person has a car license and a hgv license if possible as we take vehicles for MOT and have breakdowns / collecting vehicles / taking them back:) we use a computer for diagnostics and a computer for brake tests so ideally doesn't mind using them :) It Would help if you can weld but not essential. It would be nice if they are pretty clued up with electrics and fault finding. A person who doesn't mind working on their own at times and is a good at fault finding :) I'm not asking much but there must be somebody out there? Wages will be talked about show us your qualifications and prove to us that you are worth your money. Work times are 8 till 6 Monday till Friday with 3 breaks but if everything goes well we leave at 5 :) some occasional saturdays are 8 till 12 and have 1 teabreak :) Any questions please feel free to get in touch with us please call Adrian on 07831810968 or Craig on 07507783946 or feel free to call in for a chat and a brew :)
