This weekend, I'll be attending the Victory Show. It's always a fantastic event and a great day out for enthusiasts of all ages. The show runs from Friday through Sunday, and you can find all the details via the link below.

Stencils for Tanks!

After seeing so many fantastic tanks on display at Operation Market Harborough a few weeks ago, a number of which I helped with the stencils, I thought it was a great opportunity to remind everyone that here at Axholme’s I can help get your tank marked up correctly with custom-made stencils.

Unlike Jeeps and some other military vehicles, it's not always practical to offer ready-made stencil kits for tanks. Every restoration is different, and everyone wants something a little unique. Let's face it, where would I even start with the huge variety of vehicles, units and marking schemes out there!

Whether your tank needs a simple set of stars and serial numbers, tactical markings, bridge plates, camouflage patterns, or a complete bespoke stencil package, I'm here to help.

Over the years I've produced custom stencil kits for everything from the rare M32 Sherman Recovery Vehicle through to Hetzer camouflage pattern stencils, and plenty more.

A Change from the Canvas Posts... Let's Talk Diamond T Stencils! 🚚

To stop you all getting bogged down with canvas projects, I thought I'd share this Diamond T stencil kit I created for Mr Hewes a little while ago. I'm sure many of you will have already seen the vehicle featured on his channel, as well as at Operation Market Harborough a few weeks back.

We supplied a full stencil kit for the Diamond T restoration, helping Mr Hewes bring the vehicle markings to life. (When I say "Mr Hewes", I really mean Jack! 😄 who did the painting lol.)

🚙 Staying with the Jeep theme... 🚙

As we've just been talking about Jeep stencils, now seems like the perfect time to show you some of the Jeep-related work that's been coming through the canvas workshop.

While Jeep work isn't something I do every day, I'm always happy to help customers keep their vehicles looking their best. Over recent months I've worked on everything from transit covers, which seem to be increasingly popular thanks to their versatility, through to windscreen covers and a number of Jeep roof repairs.

At Axholme's, I'm certainly not one-dimensional. Whether it's manufacturing new canvas items from scratch or carrying out careful repairs, I draw on years of sewing and restoration experience to ensure every customer receives the best possible result.

Sometimes a repair can be just as important as a new item, helping to preserve original pieces and keep these historic vehicles on the road for years to come.
Keep an eye on the page as I'll be sharing more photos of these Jeep projects, along with some of the other canvas work that's been keeping me busy in the workshop.
