here at Moormans mobile mechanics services when we service your car we dont just drop the oil and look thru your wheels to check your brakes we remove your wheels check the function of the calipers check there is no leaks check the condition of the discs and pads remove the rear wheels check the drums if fitted remove and adjust and more importantly check the condition of the brake fluid as with time it absorbes water out of the atmosphere lowering its boiling point and this then can cause brake fade we also check your gear box oil levels and the condition of the oil as with time the oil in a automatic gear box gets burnt and contaminated with metal and clutch material which causes poor gear changes and gear box damage we then check your spark plugs with modern engines and long life plugs these dont always need changing saveing you money as a set of plugs can be a large part of the cost of the service we then check the air filter a if needed remove and replace we check your coolant for first the correct level but also that its in spec for strenght as not enough can cause you a big issue if the coolant freezes this can cause major engine damage but also to much is not good the right type of coolant is also very important as the wrong coolant can cause corrosion to the internal passages in your engine and can cause premature head gasket failure we then check your suspension for broken springs worn bushes and then lower the car and torque the wheel nuts up to the correct wheel nut spec and then check the tyres for tread depth and inner and out tyre wear and then tyre pressures and the final thing is if there is a water supplie wash the car so the out side looks as good as the engines performance feels as a good service will do wonders for a cars performance and fuell efficency

diagnostic service you come to me i come to you ill diagnose your issues and then give you the way to repair the issue or if you require me to ill sort the issue out the diagnostic is 30 pounds and then my hourly rate is 30 pounds if it only take half hour to fix its 15 pound i dont charge you for the time you havent had
