We mentioned a couple of weeks ago, that some changes were afoot.
Due to other commitments, I (Wendy) will be stepping back from Tinhay Garage as of 31st October 2025.
I'll still be around from time to time, but just not as much as I have been.

Ian will be continuing as :

We have just bought this 93 convertible diesel auto in , about to go through the workshops and a few bits, an excellent original car .

The autograss buggy is coming together, just the wiring to finish and some minor fettling.
I will probably give it a few runs but more than likely sell it on , other projects need my time.

We are off to find some sunshine tomorrow, so we will be closing for the week from 4.30pm today.
Reopening Wednesday 29th October.

We waved bye bye to The Grand Old Duchess this afternoon- returned to her owner after being in our workshop for a service & some TLC.
She's certainly been receiving some admiring looks whilst with us!

Awaiting parts etc , so between job's I've been making a new tig welder trolley, a bit over built but the one I have already is too flimsy with a big gas bottle 💪

Tinhay Garage day out to Llandow Circuit in South Wales.
Saturday saw us make an early start and arrive at Llandow by around 8.30am.
A great circuit for a track day and a good time was had by all!

A puma defender we maintain in for a loss off coolant fault, turned out to be the dreaded egr cooler between the bulkhead and engine block, this is often the same fault on the Ford ranger models that share this power unit, and often the demise of the larger engine ranger.
