January off to a flying start....

Appreciation post...
After a visit to their local main dealer for a particular emissions recall, some 5 weeks later catastrophic damage occurred where the exhaust had a huge explosion resulting in massive carbon build up and the engine stalling due to this also and would not turn over!
Said dealer washed their hands with it stating it was nothing to do with what they had done... This left the customer with an expensive vehicle un-roadworthy and in need of some major repairs.
LMC to the rescue. Diagnosed correctly and had to remove engine and cylinder head for de carbonising. All new timing chains fitted and 3 Turbochargers re conditioned.. yes 3 Turbos!! Full reassemble and now back on the the road again. To say this was a challenge would be an understatement.
I would just like to show appreciation to our team who stop at nothing to ensure we get the job done. Even the ones no-one wanted to touch!

Had a little job on this morning. Removal of tipper frame to have the chassis cleaned and repaired. Came apart very easily considering its been there for 15 years!
