Just over 16 years ago I started Rw motor engineering after taking on from my dad in a little farm unit which I was happy with and no aspiration for the business to grow really just plod along, earn a living and enjoy it. I left a great job to go my own way and start the journey that has been quite literally full of blood sweat and tears. The years fly by and sometimes like tonight I stopped for a tea and looked at what has become, and some of the beautiful cars we get in that all have so much character and story’s to tell. I never planned for this but it’s really come together and I think how did this ever happen! It had been a grind for so long and took its tole but the last 3 years I have had the pleasure to work with such an amazingly skilled team and great bunch of guys and much of this wouldn’t of happened if it wasn’t for them. I’m lucky to have some of the best mechanics I have ever worked with working here. I’ve met and worked for so many amazing people over the years and again this wouldn’t have happened if not for those great people supporting us and using us to look after there vehicles, not just the shiny ones but the workhorse vans and the a-b cars and the farm trucks. They all mean the same to us and we treat them all like they are our own. And great friends who have supported and gone above and beyond to help me wherever they could over the years. Here’s to many more years of great times in the workshops 👍
