We are a successful independent garage situated in the centre of Leominster town and we are looking for an MOT Tester and vehicle technician. We are a friendly team with an excellent reputation, we pride ourselves on doing a good job and have a lot of repeat customers.

Ideally, we would like an experienced technician, however there is the opportunity for progression and training for the right person.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.

20 days paid holiday a year plus bank holidays.

We have recently had some undesirables about, Sunday 26th January the ECU was stolen off a Discovery TD5 and Thursday 6th February an attempt was made to break in to a Defender 110. A member of staff was still on site when the Defender alarm went off! Footage of the ECU theft is poor but the 2 that targeted the Defender are easier to see. Both incidents happened around 7pm but don’t appear to be related, police are involved but just want to make other garages aware. I would be interested if anyone is asked to code in a TD5 ECU locally.

A good customer had his Defender 110 Utility stolen last week from Weobley, Herefordshire.
He bought it in June and has spent a lot of money getting it up to a good standard, recent work includes all new brake pipes, rear crossmember replacement, full Dinitrol treatment underneath and a brand new inlet manifold last week. Police don’t want to know, please share far and wide.

We carry out class 4 MOTs and all vehicle repairs from motorcycles up to large vans. A high volume of our work is on Land Rovers old and new, fabrication and welding skills preferable.
