Couple of jobs completed in the last day or two 👀

2013 Mercedes sprinter in for a DPF solution after multiple attempts of failed regenerations would’ve lead to a costly fix 🫣💰 with our software applied the customer was able to get back on the road out of limp mode and earning some money 💵

2010 Volkswagen Caddy 1.9TDI PD in for a stage 1 tune. Customer wanted more performance with better fuel economy and he certainly got it!

The grind doesn’t stop even on bank holidays!

Had this E90 330d yesterday come to me after the customer recently purchased the vehicle with a problem of excessive smoke on idle and deceleration. Suspicious of a bad tune before he bought it.

After applying our stage 1 software with some extras, and resetting some parameters the smoke and smell at idle disappeared and started running clean again! Upon road test the customer stated it was a much nicer car to drive, smooth and from 30mpg to 54mpg nearly doubling the fuel efficiency!

Safe to say he left very happy 😃

Busy busy busy!!

Been very busy lately in the workshop and with remapping, few jobs completed recently:

🏎️ 2013 Mercedes ML for a stage 1 tune, customer wanted better fuel economy with a bit more power, an extra 60bhp later and he was very happy!🏎️

🏎️ 2017 Nissan Navara in for a stage 1 tune with Adblue delete for the same customer, again wanted better fuel economy with more power, also with the cost of Adblue and how often he was having to fill up, he decided to have an Adblue integrated with the stage 1 tune. 🏎️

🏎️ 2015 Ford Transit 2.2 in for a DPF solution. Customer does a lot of short journeys which didn’t give the DPF time to carry a regeneration to itself, so he decided to go down the hassle free route with our gaurenteed solution. 🏎️

🏎️ 2013 Mercedes sprinter in for a stage 1 tune with EGR solution due to the customer having some problems with carbon deposits! After a full clean and our software he’ll never have a problem with the EGR system again. 🏎️

Mazda 3 in today with the Denso SH12 ECU for a small service and a 50/50 map. Customer wanted a bit more power with better fuel economy due to him racking up the miles this year 👌🏻

Full pre-map health check carried out to ensure there’s no underlying issues that could cause a problem in the future. Green is good ✅

Drove much better afterwards making acceleration effortless 🏎️💨
