Polo in this morning for a replacement AC Condenser. Old one removed and replaced with a brand new unit. New one pressure tested to 150psi using nitrogen before full rebuild just in case 😉 Test was fine and it’s now back fully working and blowing ice cold ❄️ ready for the summer. Whilst in there the bumper bar was seen to be corroded so a wire brush and a quick coat of paint was applied to help protect it.

BMW cabriolet in for driver rear window not operating fully. On investigation it was found that the rear drain was blocked and the rear quarter was full of water causing damage to wiring and the regulator. Water drained off and new parts ordered ready for repair.
