How to calibrate the 360 cameras on an Audi after a front bumper replacement 👀🚗

Did you know replacing a front bumper isn’t just a bodywork job? On modern vehicles the ADAS sensors and 360° cameras often need recalibrating to keep safety systems working correctly after minor repairs.

Here’s how we calibrated this Audi:

👉 Measured and positioned the calibration mats
👉 Put the vehicle into calibration mode
👉 Used manufacturer-approved diagnostic software to calibrate the cameras and sensors

✅ Calibration completed successfully, and the report was sent to the customer

🚨 Why did this BMW X5 need a new telematics module? 🚨

👉 This BMW X5 was stolen and later recovered, but not before the thieves tampered with the telematics system in an attempt to disable the vehicle’s tracking.

👉 After recovery, we fitted a brand-new telematics module and carried out the necessary programming to restore full functionality and security.

✅ Vehicle tracking restored
✅ Module programmed to the vehicle
✅ Back on the road and ready for the owner

It’s not really a case of one side being right and the other wrong. Another day in the workshop 👀

We had a Volkswagen Golf GTI in with faulty windscreen wipers caused by water damage to the electrical systems.

🔧 After diagnosis, we found that water damage had affected the body module , preventing the wipers from operating. There was some corrosion to the pins and circuit board.

✅ Repaired damaged pins
✅ Installed a replacement Body Control Module
✅ Programmed and coded the module to the vehicle
✅ Tested and confirmed full operation

Modern vehicle electrical faults can often be traced back to water damage, wiring issues, or control module failures…sometimes even rodent damage. Using the correct diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved procedures, we were able to quickly pinpoint the cause and get this Golf GTI back on the road cost efficiently.
