A huge congratulations to Matty on passing your test 1st time!! Only 2 driver faults, what a great drive!

I know how much you wanted this, which adds a fair bit of pressure! However, you kept your cool, and were able to draw on your lessons and practice. As we agreed after the test, if you’re fully prepared then the test isn’t too bad!

Well done again, now the learning continues!! I know you will, but I’ll say it anyway, enjoy your driving and be safe!!

It’s a pass!! 1st time… with just 1 driver fault!!! A huge well done to Lenny, what a great drive!

Every learner has their own approaches and support needs. For Lenny the key was to experience multiple mock tests to understand the standard required and to reduce nerves on the day. It worked!!

Congratulations again Lenny, 1 fault is a fantastic achievement and well deserved, you’ve worked really hard!! Enjoy your driving, keep developing and be safe.

Rosie did want me to share a word of warning regarding the test. It is a bit nerve wracking but don’t forget your training and be too cautious at junctions, find a happy balance and get moving when it’s safe!

Alex’s advice to others would be to try not to rush things. Don’t feel like you have to carry out tasks quickly or rush up to junctions so not to delay other drivers. By being methodical and measured you will get moving safely and more efficiently!!

Congratulations to Laila on passing your practical test… 1st time!!! A huge well done for keeping your head in a very unique blue light situation and getting through with just 3 driver faults!!

Laila’s advice to others on the test is try not to think that you might have failed while you are on the test! Laila thought she had failed early in the test but she hadn’t at all, it’s really important to push the negative thoughts away and keep your focus!!
