We gave this Toyota CHR a paintwork overhaul. The black paint was looking pretty tired and incredibly worn. After our stage 1 detail package, we protected it with Mayvinci MK4. We finished it off with a complimentary interior detail.

Volkswagen Golf GTI — 34 Years Old
Maintenance Detail & Ceramic Coating Health Check

This 34‑year‑old Golf GTI came in for a full clean‑up and inspection of the ceramic coating we applied two years ago. No polishing was required — the focus was on safely refreshing the vehicle and confirming the coating was still performing as it should.

Preparation
- Safe wash using pH‑neutral products
- Full decontamination including iron removal
- Gentle clay where needed to lift light surface contaminants
- Panel rinse and dry ready for inspection

Coating Check
- Visual inspection of all coated surfaces
- Hydrophobic behaviour tested across panels
- No signs of failure — coating still bonding well and performing consistently
- Light top‑up maintenance product applied to support longevity

Exterior
- Plastics cleaned and dressed to a natural OEM finish
- Glass cleaned and sealed
- Wheels and tyres fully cleaned and dressed

Interior
- Full vacuum and wipe‑down
- Plastics cleaned with a factory‑correct finish

Engine bay detailed and dressed

Result
A clean, refreshed GTI with its ceramic coating still performing strongly after two years. The car now presents sharp, tidy and well‑maintained — exactly how a cared‑for classic should.

Swipe to see the results of this painfully slow job. Removing each individual Vinyl sticker then to remove any old remaining glue and then machine polish the whole van.

Got there in the end and very happy with the results.

Satin Grey Smart Car #5 Brabus, fully valeted, meticulously decontaminated and protected with Mayvinci C16 – 3‑year ceramic coating. Wheels fully removed cleansed and protected using Mayvinci wheel guard.
Finally all exterior glass coated.

A refined finish with long‑term durability and a flawless, uniform satin sheen.
