Cracked! 😬💧

This BMW G20 3 Series with the B48 engine came in with a major coolant leak.

The culprit? A cracked oil cooler housing around the sealing area, allowing coolant to escape quickly.

Just a Brake Job… They Said 😬🔨

What started as a simple discs and pads replacement on this Transit Custom quickly turned into a fight with rust. 😂

The driveshaft was completely seized in the hub and was NOT coming out without a fight. 🔨

New driveshaft, wheel bearing, discs and pads later… finally sorted. ✅

All because of rust! 🤦‍♂️

This BMW 330d came in with swirl flap faults, so the intake manifold was replaced with a reconditioned unit featuring metal swirl flaps. 🔩

📊 Before: 107.5 HP / 265 Nm
🚀 Stage 1: 180.5 HP / 394 Nm

That's a gain of around +73 HP and +129 Nm — a completely different van to drive! 💪

Dyno tested before and after so we can see exactly what the remap achieved.
