The Kimbolton Festival gets underway today.

Qualifying and heats are on the schedule, with Kevin, Eli, and Oskar each looking to put in strong performances and carry momentum into Sunday.

Kimbolton is home to the Hunts Kart Racing Club - and this weekend it hosts the club's biggest event of the year. The Kimbolton Festival draws a larger field than a standard HKRC round and carries extra prestige alongside the championship points on offer.

The circuit itself is fast, smooth, and flowing - a layout that rewards clean, consistent driving and punishes mistakes. Finding rhythm early across qualifying and the heats is key to putting the team in the best position come finals day.

🏁 Big recognition for Eli Badhan at Kartmasters!

Eli picked up the award for the most overtakes made in the final at this year's British Grand Prix, a brilliant reflection of his aggression and racecraft when it mattered most.

As a reward for this achievement, Eli walked away with a brand new custom HRX race suit courtesy of Delta Racewear. Well deserved after a weekend of relentless, forward-moving drives.

Huge credit to Eli and the whole Kato Motorsport team for the effort behind this result. ⚡

🏁 KARTMASTERS BRITISH GRAND PRIX RECAP 🏁

Kartmasters. The biggest event on the UK karting calendar. Five drivers, three classes, and four days of racing at PF International. Here's how the KMS squad got on:

🔹 Zach worked through a tough Inter Max programme across Friday and Saturday, completing the full heat campaign before a difficult Sunday ended with a P31 finish in the Grand Prix.

🔹 Marcel produced one of the performances of the weekend for KMS, climbing from P48 in Friday qualifying to P8 in his final heat before reaching the Grand Prix from P20 on the grid. An unfortunate DNF in the Grand Prix itself was a tough end to a weekend that showed exactly what Marcel is capable of.

🔹 Bella fought hard across both days of the heat programme in Junior Rotax against one of the biggest fields of the season, working her way forward with a P12 finish in Heat 3 before her weekend ended with a Super Heat DSQ.

🔹 Kevin was one of the standout performers of the entire KMS squad at Kartmasters, qualifying P6 on Friday and running inside the top five across multiple sessions before a composed Grand Prix drive brought him home in P11.

🔹 Eli showed real resilience across a challenging Senior Rotax programme, recovering strongly on both Saturday and Sunday to finish P8 in Heat 4, P13 in the Super Heat, and P15 in the Grand Prix from P35 on the grid.

A week to remember. Well done to everyone involved.

Qualifying practice gets the Kartmasters weekend underway in earnest today, with each driver looking to find their rhythm and build confidence ahead of the heats. Two heats follow, with grid positions and championship momentum both on the line.

In a field of this quality, clean laps and composed racing will be just as important as outright pace.

Shenington always delivers, and TKC Round 5 was no different. Long straights, tight hairpins, and the kind of slipstreaming battles that this circuit is famous for - it was a proper TKC round from start to finish. ⚡

Kato Motorsport had eleven drivers across MightE Bambino, Inter Max, Junior Rotax, and Junior Primo, and the team put in a full shift across both days of racing. Every lap around Shenington is hard-fought, and the squad gave everything from qualifying through to the finals.
