Hi folks. Just to let you know for the rest of this week due to the weather IE HOT we will be opening at 7 each morning and closing at 3 in the afternoon. There’s nothing worst or frustrating than working in terrible non moving warm air. Eddie and I will certainly not be working in our underwear just to keep you lot happy. After three the workshop phone will automatically divert to my mobile. Cheers guys. 👍

Today was let’s do a full service on a 2021 Honda GL1800b/m. It’s got 15k on the clock so it would normally of had a full service at around 8k. When the air box was finally opened up after removing all the tech and s**t to get to the said air box this is the state we found the air filter in. I honestly believe due to the gubins that has to be removed to get to the air box air filter that it’s never been changed at all. Honest opinions please 👍👍🙏

So since 2024 till today we at Biketec have been building this custom Cobra chop for our customer and friend Burt. Basically on pick up in late 2024 it just came in for a rewire and to get running. Burt then asked us to do a complete rebuild including the engine and make it look nice. It was broken down to zilch and we started from scratch. Geoff at Cycle Enterprises rebuilt the engine and in between the busy seasons of services,mot’s and what ever else customers brought us to do we hopped on and off this bike when we could. Repainted in a beautiful Lexus blue,many many parts chromed and others polished. Wiring redone thru the frame and bars Via my very good friend and mentor Dennis. Eddie and myself spent more hours on this project bike than I can remember. We are just waiting for the seat now which Burt is sorting. It’s been a learning curve doing such a build our first stretch chop. I’m loving the colour and more importantly we have gained a very very happy customer called Burt who wanted it ready for his birthday last week and we achieved. Thank you Burt for trusting us and allowing us to build you the Chop you wished for.
