X2 in for common fault on the rear lights. Indicators stopped working was taken to a few people but still could not find the issue. Within 30 mins issue found and booked in the next morning to get it sorted! Happy customer.

Few days ago we had a sprinter come in for loss of power and coolant warnings. Upon further inspection we found…

All 8 intake manifold bolts not even tight
EGR valve missing bolts
Bypassed EGR system causing EML
Vacuum system failure caused by failed water pump
Leaking injector return pipes.

Fitted OEM pump, vacuum system, intake manifold and sorted the EGR business.
Then had issues with injectors so new set of recon ones and back on the road!

3 L Range Rover Sport with engine warning light on.

Narrow down to a blocked EGR cooler filter

(this happens with age and mileage potentially caused by a DPF starting to fail)

A few weeks ago, we had a Ford transit with persistent DPF issues, limp mode and increased fuel consumption.

Mercedes CLA220 AMG in for oil and transmission cooler. Luckily got away with it not being a head gasket!

If your coolant looks like this then it could be signs of a failing head gasket, oil or trans cooler, longer it’s left the more damage caused!
