Here’s a reminder why you should always have your vehicle serviced in line with the manufacturers service intervals, we received a call regarding a Mercedes with a lack of power and excessively smoking 💨 On inspection we found the turbos to have failed due to poor maintenance and the oil to have thickened. We removed the turbos and sent them to a specialist to have them fully reconditioned, we carried out a service on the vehicle and had the car back up and running, all from the customers home!

Happy new year to all our customers!

We may have been very quiet over the Christmas period, as some of you may know we’ve welcomed our new little addition in November so we enjoyed some much needed family time!

Customer rung up to book in for a service, whilst discussing the job she asked if I could collect the vehicle from her work and deliver the vehicle back to herself, not a problem for us! We collected the vehicle to carry out the full service as per customer request. On inspection of the vehicle I found the shocker to be leaking, the exhaust to be leaking and the brake light bulb inop. I spoke to the customer and informed her of the issues sending her photos so she could see for herself the issues. She asked me to repair the additional work whilst I had the vehicle. I then delivered the vehicle back to herself all whilst she was at work saving her not only her time but money too!

Customer booked in for a service, whilst carrying out the service customer advised he had a noise on the vehicle - I Carried out a road test with the customer to confirm the noise and found the noise to be coming from the front brakes - whilst I was there he asked me to strip and clean the front brakes for him which was all complete and the problem rectified.

Customer called due to engine management light on vehicle, we carried out diagnostics and found glow plug cylinder 2-3 faulty - supplied and fit 2 new glow plugs at customer request. Another happy customer!

Customer complained of an oil leak on his vehicle on inspection found rocker cover seal was leaking supplied and fit genuine rocker cover seal and new injector seals also carried oil and filter service all from the comfort of his own home
