Direct Sales Account Manager
Requirements
• A proven track record in Sales.
• An excellent telephone manner and zero fear of picking up the phone to prospective customers.
• An ability to quickly develop rapport and meaningful relationships with customers.
• A motivated, confident and hard-working individual.
• The ability to demonstrate the professional standards required to be a successful sales consultant.
• Good computing skills and knowledge of the internet with the ability to easily absorb new and changing information.
Role Profile
• Generating new enquiries from existing and external customer databases through direct phone contact and relationship building.
• Taking new leads via the phone and internet and taking personal responsibility for the process from the initial enquiry, through the sales/order process.
• Direct sales to new business customers, specialising in the UK vehicle market.
• Pursuing every new business lead with tenacity and closing the deal at every opportunity.
• Preparing and providing quotes via internet and e-mail, following up the quote and securing the sale.
• Successfully selling the product in order to exceed monthly targets.
• Identify key customers and decision makers; maintain regular contact to ensure we are the supplier of choice.
• Cementing solid relationships with dealers in order to establish, deals, discounts and stock availability.
• Using 'real time' internet-based finance system and supplier relationships to generate finance quotations and obtain finance approval.
• Updating in-house sales management system to track leads in order to develop your customer profile to maximise sales and commission.
• Compliance with any other reasonable request.
Realistic On Target Earnings - £30,000 per year
