🔵2019 Peugeot 208🔵 crash damage repair.

Customer got in touch saying they had been in a slight altercation with another motorist after their reversed into them.
After a brief visual inspection I ordered the parts needed and set to work to get this back to its former glory.

⚫️2008 corsa 1.2⚫️ misfire/ no power.

Customer got in touch saying her corsa had to be recovered to home as there was major running issues.
After closer inspection the fault was clearly due to bad coil pack/spark plugs.
New coil in, and original plugs (for now but cleaned up) and that car if firing on all cylinders.
I will be going back through week to replace all plugs and while in in there replacing the leaking rocker cover gasket.

⚪️2018 VW crafter⚪️ start stop/fuel issue.customer said to me this van had to be recovered back to his unit as when the van got warm and start/stop kicked in at traffic lights the van would not start again.
After closer diagnostic and a bit of digging I found the issue to be related to the fuel filter been replaced and correct bleeding procedure not been followed as well as the pressure solenoid on the HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) these can get choked up with gunk over time and cause wrong pressure reading resulting in a non start state.

Full bleeding procedure done and another happy customer.

🔘2016 mecerdes GLC🔘 full service & brake pads all round.

Another one of my loyal customers come back to me wanting a full service and all brake pads changing on his GLC.
A few hours later all work had been carried out and ready for the roads for another year!

⚫️2021 Clio⚫️ disc & pad replacement.

Customer came to me saying they are hearing a horrible grinding noise from the front end. They discovered there pads were low but I don’t think they expected them this bad!
Both sides were down to metal which was cutting into disc.
All sides done and fitted with new retainers, discs and pads the car is nice and silent again and safe to be back on the road.

🔵2010 Vauxhall insignia🔵 DPF regeneration & fault finding.

Customer got in touch saying his car was in limp mode and would not rev past 2.5k he also said that the dash was displaying an error message regarding the DPF.
Once I got to the vehicle it was clear that the DPF was completely clogged and needed a forced regen!
As you can tell by the pics it was badly needed! 😮‍💨
Whilst I was digging through the cars brain I also came across a faulty ABS sensor on passenger rear and an electrical issue with the battery.
Once the DPF process was completed I reset the values and it was good to go! No more limp mode.

🔴2006 Nissan Primastar🔴 radiator, alternator & belt replacement.

Back again to an emergency call out today for big red!
Lost all power on road and power steering which as you can imagine was a nightmare trying to turn a 3 ton bus🤦🏼
While I was in the thick of it I replaced the radiator too which was severely deteriorated and leaking badly.
The alternator itself decided to stop alternation and threw its pulley clean off! In turn spitting off the belt which caused the power steering to fail too.
New parts in and buttoned back up, it’s ready to put some miles down again!

⚪️2010 Renault kangoo⚪️ fuel issues.

Customer came to me saying the van is very hesitant at idle and sometimes shuts off.
After closer inspection I discovered air getting into fuel lines which was causing the poor running.
Previous owner had botched together a primer bulb with some shoddy pipes which were perished and leaking.
New filter and lines on and the van is 10 times better now!

🔴2006 Nissan primastar🔴 a.k.a. BIG RED full service.

Back again to one of my loyal customers for an annual full service on the big red bus!
Luckily for me last time I serviced this I replaced the sump bolt and made sure the oil filter wouldn’t seize on so this time around it was a walk in the park to do.

Full service done, oil light/ service light reset and a stamped invoice to go with it.
