Looking for a safe and fun way for your young person to gain driving experience before they turn 17?

At Fareham Under 17s Driving Club, young drivers can learn essential driving skills in a controlled off-road environment with qualified instructors and dual-controlled vehicles.

✅ Learn vehicle control and manoeuvres
✅ Practice at junctions and traffic lights
✅ Build confidence before driving on public roads
✅ Safe, supervised environment
✅ Perfect for ages 13–16

Whether they’re excited about driving or nervous about getting started, our sessions help develop confidence, awareness, and responsibility behind the wheel.

🚨 DRIVING TEST RULES CHANGED TODAY 🚨

📅 From 9 June 2026

The DVSA has introduced new rules to tackle long waiting times and test booking abuse.

❌ You can NO LONGER move your test to any centre in the UK.

✅ You can only move your test to:
• Your original test centre
• One of the 3 nearest test centres

Other recent changes:
🔹 Only the learner driver can book or manage a test
🔹 Only 2 test changes are allowed
🔹 Test cancellation-finder apps are no longer permitted

⚠️ Book carefully – flexibility is now much more limited.
